"This is a fantastic site, we went as absolute novices and were shown with great patience how everything worked. The facilities are second to none, its beautifully laid out , its going to become a regular haunt for us, perfectly placed for a break away. But be warned! it will spoil you for lesser sites! although we don't have children the activities for children are amazing. Sandra"

"This is our favourite site! We have stayed here every Whitsun for the last 6 years, and are yet to be disappointed! The facilities are excellent, toilets and showers are spotless, children's play area is great, our boys love it. The swimming pools are fantastic. Good well stocked shop. Nice large pitches. Great atmosphere. Nice pubs in village and a post office. Well worth a visit."

We went to this site for 3 days for our first ever camping trip. We choose it mainly from reading reviews of UKCS. 
What a fantastic site. It has everything you could wish for camping. 

Each tent in the tent field has its own large area. We were at the end, next to the tenters kitchen, which had a covered area with picnic benches, great when it rained.
People were using it to cook in, and a kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave. At the other end of the tent field was another kitchen with sinks, fridge/freezer and microwave, and sluice area.  (came in handy for over-night bucket :-)) 
The toilet block was immaculate. The indoor leisure centre with 2 pools was great, the public swim time at 4:00 was fine, not too crowded.

We just can't praise this site highly enough and would recommend it to all.

Have just stayed for five nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Amenities spotlessly clean, Pool great, Park is excellent with children's park and chickens to keep them occupied. My family and i are normally campers so had a look at pitches and toilet blocks and have to say these are of a very high standard. Will definitely be back!
